Registration is not guaranteed until your registration packet has been received.
This includes the registration application (see link above), seminar waivers (submitted
through the registration form or via email), and payment has been received.
At this time, payment is only able to be accepted via Cashier’s Check (we will be in touch with instructions once your registration is received).

Note that a complete registration packet includes the registration application, all waivers, and payment via cashier’s check. No other payment options are available at this time.
Registration Opens 03/01/2023
Registration will open on 03/01/2023. Please be prepared to fill out all parts of the form which includes the need to download forms, sign, and upload into your registration packet. Please keep in mind that the seminar staff are volunteers and may be needing to attend to their paid jobs during registration. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Registration Closes 07/01/2023
After 07/01/2023 no new attendees may register. After this point in time, any cancellations will result in a processing fee and may not receive a full refund.
When a class fills, and you’d like to be added to the wait list, please submit the registration form and waiver paperwork, but do not pay until you’ve been notified that a spot has opened up. Wait listed participants will be notified of any openings in the order that they submit their applications.
